NR is the most useless zone
Agar aaj MGS SLN LKO MB GZB bhi 130 certified hota toh NCR pe pressure kam hota .. Upar se NR/NER ka dhyan hi nahi ki agar ALJN ko KSJ se link kar aur ON pe bypass banade toh alternate route mil jayega GZB ALJN KSJ ON UCR PFM BSB/ALD

Excessive spoon-feeding to northern railways is to be blamed. And that same trait has been passed on to NCR too...
They feel as though they are priviledged zones entitled to get leeways at thecost of others!
