A new LHB Chair Car rake was spotted at Tambaram on Monday evening. I was not able to take pics though. Is it for any new train? The coaches had NE markings.

That's true. The coaches were having NE markings. SR never demands new coaches. The MAS division is a classic example.
But I was wondering why they were shunted to far off place such as Tambaram from ICF.
