Actually all trains have become aggressive on UMB-NDLS route. I travelled on 29th april on pooja exp. It took 2hr 15mins from UMB to Subzi mandi (B4 time) with a stoppage at karnal.

This indicates that Pooja express with LHB coaches might have run at speed above 110kmph enroute, else 200kms in 2:15 hrs with a stoppage is difficult.

yup. I totally agree with you. It ran at MPS. The whole night I got disturbance from only two things. ONE, the coach was shaking like hell although it was a new LHB and there many sounds coming from coach (near wheel) especially when the train was on curve. TWO, the person above me (mine SL, his SU) was making snoring sound way too louder. I asked him two times to shut up but all in vain. I had my exam the following day. (UPSEE 2018)

Also, while returning, 12013 New Delhi Amritsar Shatabdi took just 2hr 5 mins from NDLS to UMB outer cabin which also includes 4 TSRs [S<50Km/hr] at sadar bazar, Harsana Kalan, Panipat & Kurukshtra Jn. It was standing at UMB outer for 10 mins.
