It is an example of poor marketing and packaging by IR and all about the quota game of IR. Such practices of IR directly or indirectly help touts do their business thereby depriving naive & genuine paxs of their due reserved tickets. Paxs shall continue to suffer, touts shall thrive and IR officials, habitual of departmentalism & working the mental block of serving the interests of their zones/divisions rather than IR/ market-demand, shall remain in slumber, thereby financially bleeding IR.
* Above date is enough for IR to take simple step i.e. start a weekly special train between INDB-BPL-NGP-Durg-R-BSP and regularize it later on based on the patronage.
