Well for past few days, I was thinking about this allocation. As per me it will be having 10 seats in 3A, 6 in 2A and 2 in 1A from ASN to NDLS. The same will be reduced from Howrah quota, I.e. Gen. Parasnath and Dhanbad's seats will be clubbed. While returning, probably ASN will be having same allocation like the same for 12314. Those seats will be deducted from Gen quota.
Dhanbad and Parasnath already have the same quota, isint it???
