During Winter Season in December, Is it possible to catch 12903 BCT-ASR Golden Temple Mail from NIZAMUDDIN Station landing at IGI Airport T2 terminal at 5pm. We would having some amount of Check-in baggage.

I think it would be quite safe to catch 18237 Chattisgarh Exp at 830pm (this train runs approx minimum 1-2hrs delay) after deboarding at 5pm (if flight is on time)

Is the MAGENTA Line of Delhi Metro operational?
Then i think IGI 1D Terminal station to OKHLA NSIC can be reached in 15mins and then take Auto to Nizamuddin station which might be 20 mins max.
Is there too much crowd in MAGENTA LINE which would creste problem for us to carry luggages & to get in and get down in the metro on a SATURDAY Evening?

U can also try for Punjab roadways Volvo bus from isbt kashmiri gate to amritsar. Timing is 6:30 pm.take metro from igi to new Delhi and take yellow line towards samaypur badli and deboard at kashmiri gate. Many Volvo buses for jalandhar are also available.
