There is restriction in Circular Journey Ticket that one station or route cannot be repeated. So does that ticket qualify for telescopic fare benefit? If yes, how can I get it?

You can change your plan as follows to get CJT.
MAQ-MAS-NDLS-ASR-JP (or ASR to BTI -JU) -BCT-MAQ. Also you will save lot of money.
