Here only those trains run slightly delayed or ontime ..which are of homezone or RB monitored .. Rest all run with huge delays ..
It requires extra effort of RB to run trains in NCR ald run on time ..
Maybe becoz officials are not capable of ...
Not sure ..but punctuality is improving ..day by day ..that's a good sign .
