With the introduction of the pre-moderation scheme for new IDs described here Blog Entry# 3443990-1 and Entry# 3441062 , following is a summary of Forum Guidelines in effect:

1. Blog Posts by new IDs appear in public ONLY AFTER scrutiny and approval by FMs. A member may create as many Fake IDs as he wants, but Blog Posts will be visible ONLY if...

2. Accusations of "Fake IDs", etc. by other members, will NO LONGER be tolerated, and will instead fetch an SW. All IDs having > 50 Ratings will be considered legitimate, since EACH ID would have to earn Ratings on its own. Any mischief AFTER earning 50 Ratings will lead to a quick ban, which will result in wasted effort.

3. Any violation of blogging guidelines, abusive words, etc. will lead to a swift SW, which will NOT be quickly lifted. The previous Fake ID Back-Door has now been permanently blocked. So an SW, will, in most circumstances, mean a FORCED break time and/or ban for that member.

4. Posting of vulgar screenshots of posts by other members is ALSO strictly prohibited, and will be treated as an offensive post. ANY complaint against ANY members should be made through the proper "Report" procedure.
