The public travelling between chennai- Kakinada Port is very high, and unable to get the seats in normal days without tatkal. It will good to introduce tatkal for chennai - kakinada as it is already implemented between kakinada to chennai in Circar Express.
It will be very nice and helpful if a new train / link express is introduced in this line.
