It has RSA with 12651/12652. this has PC, as per CC of 12794 Pantry car will be closed throughout the journey.
Sir, PC didn't even exist in the rake. It is removed.
Let me give you an example.
Gitanjali Exp has a PC and it shares rake with Sri Jagannath Exp which does not have a PC. Actually, PC is removed from Gitanjali Exp at HWH and then it runs as Sri Jagannath Exp without a PC.
Same logic goes here as well.
