Going to HWH ?.Then have this train as your First preference , Tickets are not easily available as most of them prefer this train. The train is neat and clean and No overcrowding, not even a single WL/UR pax found in SL coaches(On the day I Travelled). Finish your dinner and board or get it packed , You won't get any dinner once you board the train. Speed and punctuality is excellent and it arrives HWH with minimal delay.
I think 12838 is the best train to travel from PURI-HWH. Shatabdi is also there but recently, it has degraded a lot. Plus the hassle of Dynamic fare makes it a pain. Another good train is PURI-HWH GR. However, the best train from Puri to Kolkata in my opinion is SDAH-PURI Duronto(by mentioning Kolkata, I am considering all the terminus stations).
