IR has changed the booking period from 3 months to 4 prior to the journey date. I am against it. Do you all support it?

sir, as per your suggestion of "no time line booking",i remember an incident occurring few years back...i will be grateful if someone could reproduce the exact article from toi of a few years back...about 50 years ago, when there was no time limits for reservation, a man bought a ticket from probably mumbai to delhi,50 years in advance...the clerk refused to do so as the train in which he was seeking the reservation was bi-weekly at that time and the clerk did not have calendar for 50 years,so he did not know that the train would be running on the specified date 50 years in advance or not,but on persistent requests the clerk issued him a ticket 50 years in advance...so few years back when the man approached the railways with his ticket of 50 years ago,the railways found out that the train had been discontinued due to some reason...but they...

were impressed and they provided him a first ac ticket in rajdhani from mumbai to delhi on 26th january to watch the republic day parade...
