Sometimes my heart says you are came to monitor forum from that BLUE screen name. U have done so much hard work to stand at this stage.

Yes...for many its true...from Blue to Red screen name recd. after hard work only.
By posting Lot of updates + having positive attitude + helping nature all together made the way.
My time it was nothing like that..no conditions n no counts for giving updates to site ...but it was totally depend on like... how sincerely you involve in blogging n replies + positive behavior n helping /understanding nature etc.
