actually no, if you want then book WL tickets and apply for HO. But seeing the high WL I guess even that won't work unless forwarded by top authority. Or Tatkal can tried.
Sbp - Jat has RAC on the mentioned dates in SL, If you want can book it in GNWL. You would hav to take a bit of detour to board the train. Should CNF. Runs late throughout the year.
Or HWH -Ndls by train and from there by bus. Some hav avbl seats till delhi and some hav RAC.
13151 has good chance of Confirmation on both 7 & 8 [2A > SL > 3A]
