No. There are only two daily trains from Ballari to Bengaluru, this train & Hampi Express. Also Hampi Express will have more WL between Ballari - Bengaluru in most of the classes. So people depend on this passenger to get confirmed ticket. So this passenger should not be diverted via Kotturu.
No chance of diverting it via Kotturu, Davangere. This serves Chitradurga and Ballari dists.
