TATKAL TICKET CANCEL HOTA HAI KYA?.....IF YES ,WHAT TYPE OF AMOUNT WILL BE REFUND?.....PLEASE INFORM ME...IT IS URGENT....

Then it is wise not to cancel Tatkal tickets if the time left is less than 24 hours and find out if the train has becomes late more than 3 hours. In most of the cases, the trains run late more than 3 hours. Will the TDR then be accepted?
