Hi does this train belong to SR?....the trn no doesn't look like SR....it is like SCR

then even bilaspur -tirunelveli superfast also belongs to SR probably. This is what happens when we name all the trains which do not deserve superfast stasus as "SUPERFAST".
Excepting 2365/66 Patna Ranchi Janshatabdi Express and 2023/24, all Jan Shatabdi trains are begining with 20 and the comination of 3rd and 4th digit is above 50 (recent exception is Mumbai - Shirdi).
All Shatabdi trains are begining with same 20 but the comination of 3rd and 4th digit is below 50 (exception are Pune - Secuderabad and Surat - Ahmedabad).

2xxx is SF of all zones. Hence when zones finished theri numbers 22xx was allotted. Some 22xx trains are:
2295/96 Patna-bangalore Sangamithra
2257/58 Yeshvantapur-kochuveli express
and many other trains. Now it has also got exhausted thank to extensive conversion of many trains into superfast .

Mumbai-Shirdi Janshatabdi, Pune-Secunderabad Shatabdi and Surat-Ahmedabad Shatabdi are special trains and so they are numbered in different format.
