Which loco should be kept outside Bokaro station as a heritage spot?

An order for Steam Loco is initiated since 2 yrs. Last steam loco under ADRA division was in BQA shed booked by CKP division well advance in time for JSG.
It should have been the responsibility of ADRA division to arrange the loco because the news for displaying this loco arrived 5-6 years back if I remember correctly . Now, there are two options- either arrange a steam loco from HWH museum or display a diesel engine from BKSC shed just like KIR has.
kya 18625/26 ka CC chala jaayega? Kuch log bol rhe hain ki ab sirf 3A hoga usmein?
Also kya aap ye proposal forward kr skte hain ki 18625 ko kosi k saath merge na kiya jaaye?
18625 waise bhi RSA k kaaran bohot buri pit-ti hai and i suppose merge krne k baad barbaadi aur zyada ho jaayegi..
