Arnab Bhai ur opinion is quite valid but only when things where in Dhanbad's control.....ecr kitna Dhanbad ki fikar krta hai wo Puri duniya ko ptaa hai.... isliye aaj ecr SE train maangne k bjaaye er se cancelled trains ko resume kraane ki request kr Raha hai.... singrauli ko bhi ecr ne nahi wcr ne Delhi or bpl ki dedicated trains di

Point 2,3 and 4 can be implemented at the divisional level too...

Point 2 requires proper budget allocation which again pertains to ecr hajipur n not Dhanbad,point 3 is a state govt related issue.... division can't have much say in that.....it's a long process...point 4 also directly requires sanction from zonal HQ as well as rb board
Anyways! I have a suggestion.....
Dhanbad is a big division with lots of kilometres under it's jurisdiction.
It is better to split the present DHN division into two, the present division as it is and a new Singrauli division encompasing of areas from Garwa Road to Singraulli and also including some parts of NCR ALD and WCR JBP namely areas upto KTE and CAR for the newly formed SGRL division that would be under WCR jurisdiction.
