I don't even know how to react to this, Someone booked in Tatkal quota (TQWL#2) when there is availability in General quota in 3A class. Why would someone want to pay 300 extra for the same class, confirmed berths, it's not that in Tatkal you can select the berth you want. I don't understand, if anyone can, please explain this to me.
