Sir Ji, everyone knows its not getting pax because of various reasons...
1) Timings
Its like losing a full day when one want to travel to Surat itself and the timings are too bad ..it can easily start 2-3 later from Indore and still reach in the same time at LPI...
2) Not Appearing in SC search results...

It is not coming in any of the searched like Indb/brc/st/pune-SC and vice versa..how can you think that it will get traction if pax wont see when they want to book it ....
3) Slow TT
As its taking round about route which is obvious as this is the extension of Udhana-SC-Udhana(originally proposed HS), its taking more time and hence wasting lot of time...
4) Route
As i mentioned i above point, it was an extension of a train, the route is like that and you cant do much...instead of extending it, if they could have started a new train via BPL-NGP, it would have become more hit ...

be it running in weekend or weekday, with such lack luster schedule , you cant expect much here
