Dear sir/ mam,
The EAST COAST EXPRESS (18645), sleeper coach is in very very bad condition.
there are lots of cokroches in the coaches.... please do some pest control service to make the it suitable for passengers..... As Soon As Possible.....

Sorry for you bad experiance. Next time please take pictures and attach them with a mail that you would be sending to a zonal official. Also you can send these pics and videos to a newspaper and a tv channel.
Sir, you will have to register your complaint at the Commercial manager/DRM office of your Zone or else at GENERAL MANAGER/Chief Commercial Manager of South Eastern Railway,11, Garden Reach Road, Kolkata-700043 ,as the train comes under SER.
