ALCO WDG3A Failure.Loco Pilot tried starting the engine but all in vain.All the trains Shatabdi , Double Decker got late by 4 hours .Loco pilot tried two three times to start the loco but it was not getting started.
He opened all the side doors and trying a lot to start the engine.
