my aged parents are travelling from trivandrum central to Bangalore cantonment. As my mother has a heart condition she is unable to use the overhead walkway at the railway stations. Is there a suitable train that Departs and Arrives at a platform without having to use the overhead walkway. Was told there are wheelchairs but they are not stairway friendly.

Thanks for the promptness. What about at Trivandrum Central? Is that platform 1 too ? Would be perfect if it was. Namely the trains 16322, 16525.

For Trivandrum Central:

Sir no need to worry. There is wheel chairs available with the station master's office and also no need to worry about the stairs as platform 1 is connected with all platforms with a ramp at one end.
