GST break up for each states will be complicated in calculating. In SL & 2S no GST is charged whereas in AC classes GST is levied

Yes it is same. Though there are some rules. Viz. State of Supply,Place of service etc etc which I too don't know exactly. But yes main reason is for GST BPT for AC Classes have stopped.
