How can Gowthami belong to SF category when both ways it's average speed is less than 55. Same applies to Sapt kranti also.

Even Ratnachal from VSKP - BZA is 55 kmph and mostly late at BZA.
It all depends on RB approval ...if they approve the request by zones to run trains as SF even though they don't fullfil the 55kmph requirement ..otherwise they can't ...
Sapt Kranti used to be at 55 kmph. In this new timetable they have changed it to 49 and 52 kmph respectively for down and up trains. SF tag should ideally be taken away from the train but then Indian Railways is the sole decision maker, hence they can do whatever they want I guess.
