Since almost entire Gujarat(WR) would be electrified in a few years and demand of Elocos would increase then which of the following would be the best ideal location for ELOCO Shed to handle the surge in Elocos for hauling freight as well as passenger train. Please share the reason for your choice

DLS mein se Alco or EMD ko dusre DLS me shift karke wahi DLS ko ELS convert Kar sakte hein by this land issues will be solved and less investment as land already present only need Electrification of lines inside she'd and some necessary usable machinaries for ELS.
