kisi se RSA nahi tha, ek 3rd rake tha dedicated.
kabhi kabhi woh Festival ya special train me chala diya jata tha, toh right time nahi rah paati thi 12402 NDLS se.

mujhe toh yahi pata hai. Aur railway kabhi bhi unknown RSA nahi rakhta.
