I could have replied you politely without bringing your origin up, I was bit skeptical of your involvement with op, hence the approach.
As far as Autosignalling is concerned, AGC has it, and the 3rd line and it is required to cater the volume of traffic the line gets.
Although it's not inclusive of volume since even Western railway's BRC division has it(ST BRC and BRC ADI) so that is to do with RB's decision of implementing it.
