Surprise to see that no halts at OGL,NLR.
I believe HWH-TPJ, SHM-CAPE which share timeslot with this train, has halts at OGL,NLR.
One more surprise is this train's earlier verions i.e HWH-MYS Special Exp has halts at OGL,NRL......!
Why this type of headless things are done by Railway officials?

Balasore cannot be removed as it is the ISRO centre and this train will also provide connectivity to Bangalore and Hassan ISRO centre.
BHC and KUR can be removed as stoppages.

There is no such earmarks for awarding of WAP-5/7.
2311 has several such smaller stops but still given P-7 till KLK.
