Presenting to you all a daily connnection between Old Delhi and Muzaffarpur....
This train should reduce the load on Sapt Kranti Express a bit....
The train goes via Moradabad, Lucknow, Gorakhpur, Narkatiaganj, Sagauli, Raxaul and Sitamarhi....
The train departs daily from Old Delhi at 19:30 hrs. and arrives at Muzaffarpur at 18:00 hrs.

The name is hilarious! Try something named around litchis since MFP is famous for it's litichies :p
1. Train's TT is fine, but stoppages at Gonda and Hardoi could be considered!
2. Also a 19:30 departure from ANVT would be better than from DLI considering the fact that this train would be directly competing with departing trains from NDLS from SBB till GZB at the very least.

Since ANVT is set to be the designated terminal for the eastern bound trains, I would advice you to change the terminal to ANVT.

ANVT would be close to full capacity at that time, so chose DLI. Plus, no problem with other trains as no train from NDLS Side goes towards MB during that time.
"The name is the game": That is the concept.
This train is designed for the general public of Champaran, thus the name.

Your train is quite near to the departure of 12260 from NDLS and since ANVT & NDLS fall in the same line, I was advocating for a terminal shift to ANVT. However for bigger cities a departure difference of 10 minutes is virtually inconsequential....
Your reasoning is sound, and I won't question you further...
But I would still advice you to consider GD & HRI as halts, they are reasonably important places, and GD is also important from the railways point of view!
