WESTERN GHATS PASSES IN INDIA
In the southern Indian peninsula The western Ghats situated in the Western parts between the Arabian sea coastal and Deccan plate.
It originates from the South of Tapti River in Gujarat state. It passes north to south through the Maharashtra state, Goa State, Karnataka state and in between Tamilnadu and Kerala states and ends in Tamilnadu near the Kanniyakumari.
