They can terminate the fast passenger and make a complete single MEMU train Berhampur-Bhadrak MEMU. By this passengers travelling from Berhampur side to further ahead of Cuttack won't have to change over the train at Cuttack station. This can be done by slight adjustment in the running time of this train and also of 58436 Fast passsenger.
