Where ??
Just 7-8 LHB trains run on this section out of which i feel AP AC express sucks.. Really it sucks for it's slow timetable in NGP-KZJ/WL-BZA section. Similarly JAT-TPTY Humsafar also have pathetic and undeserving speed for it 160kmph capable Humsafar coaches.
Rest all do perfect speeds, be it MAS Rajdhani/Duronto/Garib rath or Anuvrat AC express or SC Rajdhani/Duronto or Bengaluru Rajdhani.

Fastest Train Avg. speed NGP - BZA : 76 Kmph
Fastest Train Avg. speed NGP - KZJ : 76 Kmph
whereas in other 130 Kmph section Avg. Speed of Fastest train is at least 85kmph

Geographical considerations brother.
The landforms here are having very diversified elevation throughout the journey. Maintaining 130kmph in an nearly uniformly elevated track is quit easier as compared with variable geography. Still the Rajdhanis here have nearly 80kmph avg speed between Nagpur-BPQ-Kazipet which is quite acceptable. They don't hit continuously 130kmph like the Mumbai Rajdhanis or Howrah rajdhanis, but these south Rajdhanis do hit 130kmph for limited amount of duration.
