Meaning of Loco Reversal is the same loco is attached after reversing.
Here in BZA a fresh loco is given. Hence it can't be considered exactly as Loco Reversal. That is the reason it takes 10 minutes @ BZA.

In major junctions same happens. Even at VSKP they normally gives fresh loco.

Dude i know all those stuff, but in railway terminology its called LR not FLR.
