Indian Railways would be repainting all Mail and Express trains, except Rajdhani, Shatabdi, Duronto and newly launched Tejas, Gatimaan and Humsafar Express, with a new colour scheme - beige and brown.
The new colour scheme will replace the dark blue colour, which was introduced in 1990s replacing the brick red colour introduced earlier.

saw few of the suggested livery. I feel, blue is better than those designs :D :D
Waste of money , better to invest that money in other infrastructure.
It will not cost IR anything. Coaches are repainted every 18 months during POH. They will just be painted with a different color during POH.
