I want to visit Chittaranjan Loco Manufacture Unit.
What is the procedure? They allow visitors and what is the timings?

I'm not too sure but if you check CLW website, then it seems they are welcoming visitors to come and have a look.
Diesel Loco Works in Varanasi is termed as an industrial temple of Varanasi and many foreign tourists/students go to DLW to witness the wonderful production process. Going by the articles which I read on the net, I don't feel the procedure is full of hassles.
BTW even I have a dream of visiting either DLW/CLW once in my lifetime and I am also eager to know the formal procedure,...
