It is on existing line. near about 5 KM from Chandur Bazar towards NRKR. I still wonder why it was neglected at the time of survey. They made a station called KOLVIHIR which was in the middle of two villages RIDDHAPUR & KOLVIHIR. After the line became operational, IR noticed that people from both the villages are not interested to catch a train from KOLVIHIR as there no proper approach roads. Hence, now this station is shut down. And now they have to construct a new station at Riddhapur. This should have been done at the time of constructing the line. IT would save good amount of resources and money.
