Pehle to koi bhi bank ATM lagana nehi chahta tha. Later Allahabad Bank installed one but wanted to withdraw it or railways have to pay the compensation due to low transactions. Division has paid everything and now they haven't said anything more. As per bond, they can anytime restrict and diminish banking services and are not responsible for cash refills. None of the other banks have shown any interest.
