If some accident happens to trains like JanShatabdi, Garib Rath etc., and coaches are damaged beyond repair.How will IR allocate a spare rake as IR stopped production of ICF coaches?

That's what if accident happens and coaches cannot be repaired how will IR arrange spare rake?
