SV basically is a hallmark for slip coaches in Indian Railways.
SV1 would be for Sleeper coach and AV1 for AC coach.

It is not V throughout India. V stands for Vasco here. In 18005/6 slip coaches are numbered as SK1 etc. K stands for Koraput. Similarly when Dhauli and Rupashi Bangla ran till KGP together. Rupashi coaches were numbered as DP1/CP1. P=Purulia
Its a combine train which is Vasco-Hyderabad/tirupati express.
Both the trains get separated at Guntakal station from where this rake goes to Hyderabad and rest rake goes to Tirupati.
