I don't understand the reason for demanding other train from Muzaffarpur if they're not using the existing trains efficiently.
On one hand we've HUMONGOUS RUSH on Sapt Kranti Express on the other hand we've this.
They must first use the existing trains efficiently before demanding new one to shed off load from Sapt Kranti.
