this has to be the worst decision made by INIDAN RAILWAYS in the whole tenure from.beginning.
Don't thinks so its a Permanent step could be temporary change also, quoting as such since they have mentioned about the maintenance and repair works going on....If its becomes permanent step surely a back door way out to show the punctuality hike..
It takes 5 years for IR to speed up a train by 5-10 mins, Imagine the trains which have been slowed down by 40-50 mins, it will take eternity for them to regain the original TT timings. God save IR.
