Utratia- Zafarabad has still not been completed after 20 years. In last 4 years, as much doubling on this route has been completed as have been achieved in the previous 15 years. Hope this line doesnt take another decade for doubling

Utr sln zafrabad doubling +electrification work alrdy completed in March 18
Then that is fantastic work by Suresh Prabhu. The project was sanctioned by Nitish Kumar and it kept dragging on. Had this project been finished in time ( at least 10 years ago), Utratia-Rae Bareli -Unchhar-Phaphamau too would have been completed by now. Really lost at least 10 years time.
