they will replace all GRs to AC Exp & HS in future, which will spike up the revenues.
almost all GR rakes will retire out in next 7-8 yrs. & obviously they cant be given LHB for same fare structure.

That will happen offcourse...So better they start revising fare structure of GR step by step instead of sudden hike which will make a hue cry, but not a back door hike on the name of bedroll..
back door is the key. they cant afford fare hike with General Elections in 8-9 months.
If its as such why have they implemented Dynamic pricing for Humsafars and Durontos/Shatabdis...If at all they have to do it this is the time don't wait too long but no back door options.
2016 was when dynamic fares were started, 3 yrs for elections.
