11045 ko sab bahut kosh te hai but yeh kaise chuth jaati hai?
Aisa lag raha hai jaise Itarsi se kisine lattoo chor di hai aur pura MP darshan karke Bhopal ati hai....
Should be considered for an Hoshangabad Extension on the Bhopal side :D

Some context would be helpful here in justifying this train's existence.
This is quite an old train, introduced back when the number of train services were very few. Starting form the 50's, when most of the route was a single line, with only a handful of trains running each day, this train was introduced by gradually merging individual passenger trains running between Bina-Katni, Katni-Jabalpur and Jabalpur-Itarsi. The Bina-Katni route barely had any express trains and even the ET-KTE route had only a handful of trains. This train used to connect with the Dakshin express at ET in both directions, providing the only connectivity to south bound passengers. This was mainly aimed at daily commuters and for acting

as a connecting train for passengers from remote stations traveling to junctions like ET, BINA and KTE.
For a long time this used to run as ET-KTE-BINA express (which, distance overhead-wise is more reasonable than ET-KTE-BPL with 231/599 km compared to 92/737 km). To remove the need for a separate BPL-BINA service, they just extended it to Bhopal.
Even now, I think this train does the job well for WCR. Instead of having 3-4 separate daily passenger trains (with an RSA between them), they are just using a single train to meet the requirements for several intermediate stations.

This is one of the oldest train of WCR and generally runs full.
specially helpful for the villagers.

only one SL Coach but Runs like fast passengers and fare is of EXP.
