What does RAC in AC 3rd class means. If chart is prepared and the ticket in 3A is still RAC, will he get the seat ?
Yes.
In RAC only sitting accommodation will be provided.
En-route journey ..when berth gets vacant...TTE will provide berth to RAC passengers.
You need to request TTE for the same.
