This train has a senior citizen quota where some seats are reserved for senior citizen passengers in Sleeper. The seats will always be lower berth seats(window side seats) and so you do not need to worry regarding any travelling issues if you have any senior citizen travelling alone in this train. Also, the passengers of Sleeper are quite well behaved and take really good care of any senior citizen travelling.
