My dad was in Group D SCR and later SWR and officer sent my DaD to supervise the station works which will be done by private contractors and my dad saw fault in cement concrete mixture and said to do it good so for that contractor start to give corruption and when my dad Strongly said to do good quality concrete contractor threatened this is case of koppal station PF construction after GC to BG. My Dad complained about contractor to his senior officials at Gadag Jn then from next Day they removed my dad from that supervisor job and allot another at Gadag Jn itself and sometimes they use to call railway workers to gardening works of senior officials and what their wife children demand...

those workers need to buy from market for them and also to repair their houses
Workers are also not united some group D workers for greediness of promotion or leave or anything in return they do all odd works of their homes and its due to such workers this all happen where officials think themselves owner of these workers and demand and threaten them to do odd worked forcibly. Some workers do back bitting also about their collegue workers for some greediness and extra money and facilities..
